2. Eligibility & Account

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
• We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our discretion where permitted by law.

3. Product Information

• We aim to display accurate product descriptions, sizing information, colors, and images. Actual colors may vary due to device settings and lighting.
• Measurements are approximate; variations may occur based on fabrication and production runs.
• Limited‑edition or seasonal items may sell out without prior notice.

4. Pricing, Taxes & Duties

• Prices are shown in USD unless otherwise indicated. We may change prices at any time prior to order acceptance.
• Sales tax will be applied where required by law based on the shipping address.
• For shipments outside the U.S., you are responsible for any import duties, fees, and taxes assessed by your local customs authority.
• If a product is listed with an incorrect price due to typographical or system error, we may cancel any orders placed for such product and issue a full refund.

5. Orders & Contract

• Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. We accept your order when we send an order confirmation email or ship the items, whichever occurs first.
• Order verification may be required. We may cancel or refuse an order if we suspect fraud, unauthorized activity, or inventory issues.
• If an item becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will notify you and issue a refund for the unavailable item.

6. Payment Methods

We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), selected digital wallets (Apple Pay, Google Pay), and PayPal. By submitting a payment method, you represent that you are authorized to use it and authorize us (or our payment processor) to charge the full order amount, including applicable taxes, shipping, and duties.

7. Shipping & Delivery

• We ship Monday–Friday (excluding holidays). Processing times are typically 1–2 business days; shipping times are estimates and not guarantees.
• Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the shipping address provided.
• Please ensure your address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect addresses or issues beyond our control (e.g., carrier delays, customs).
• International shipments may experience customs delays. Any customs clearance procedures are the responsibility of the recipient.

8. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

• Eligible items may be returned within the stated window in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, with tags attached.
• Certain items may be marked final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
• Refunds are issued to the original form of payment after inspection and processing.
• Original shipping charges are non‑refundable unless otherwise required by law.

9. Pre‑Orders & Backorders

• Estimated ship dates are provided for convenience and are subject to change.
• You will be charged either at checkout or when the item ships, depending on the product and payment method.
• Orders containing pre‑order items may ship separately.

10. Promotions, Discount Codes & Gift Cards

• Promotions and codes are subject to terms, may not be combined, and are not redeemable for cash.
• We reserve the right to modify or end promotions at any time.
• Store credits and gift cards are single‑use or multi‑use as stated, non‑transferable, and not replaceable if lost or stolen to the fullest extent permitted by law.

11. Intellectual Property

18. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

• These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, U.S.A., without regard to its conflict of law principles.
• Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its applicable rules, and held in New York County, New York, in English. Judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.
• Either party may seek injunctive or equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction for claims of intellectual property infringement or misuse.
• You may opt out of arbitration by sending a written notice to [email protected] within 30 days of your first use of the Site subject to these Terms.
• Class Action Waiver: You and we agree that any proceedings shall be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action.
