We want you to love your Casablanca pieces. If something isn't quite right, our returns and exchanges are designed to be simple and transparent.

- Free US exchanges and returns on full‑price items
- Items must be unused with original tags attached
Return Window
You may return eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date. Returns initiated after 30 days may not be accepted.
- Window starts on the day your package is marked as delivered.
- Holiday orders placed Nov 15–Dec 31 are returnable until Jan 15.
Return Eligibility & Condition
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unused.
- All original tags, labels, and any security or hygiene seals must be attached and intact.
- Return the item in its original packaging (including dust bags, extra buttons, and accessories) when possible.
- Ensure no makeup, fragrance, or deodorant marks are present.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the above conditions.
Non‑Returnable Items
- Items marked “Final Sale”.
- Underwear, bodysuits, and swimwear where hygiene liners are removed or tampered with.
- Earrings and pierced jewelry.
- Beauty, fragrance, and face masks.
- Customized, monogrammed, or altered items.
- Gift cards.
Exchanges
We’re happy to offer size or color exchanges on eligible items while stock lasts.
- US exchanges are complimentary. We’ll place a 72‑hour hold on the requested item once your exchange is approved.
- One exchange per item. Further changes may be processed as a return and new purchase.
Refunds & Processing Times
- Refunds are issued to the original form of payment once your return is received and inspected.
- Please allow 2–3 business days for inspection after delivery to our facility, and 5–10 business days for your bank to post the refund.
- Original shipping fees are non‑refundable unless your entire order was canceled or an item arrived damaged/incorrect.
- If you paid with installments (e.g., Shop Pay, PayPal Pay in 4), your plan will be adjusted by the provider after the refund is issued.
- Store credit is available upon request and is issued as a digital code usable at checkout.
How to Start a Return
United States

- We’ll send a prepaid return label for eligible items and packing instructions.
- Securely repackage your item and drop it off with the specified carrier within 7 days of label issuance.
US returns on full‑price items are complimentary. A $8 return fee may apply to discounted items and will be deducted from your refund.
International

- International customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable duties or taxes.
- Please use a trackable service and share the tracking number for faster processing.
Customs duties and taxes paid on import are non‑refundable by us. You may consult your local customs office regarding potential recovery.
International Returns & Duties
- All items must be returned from the same country they were delivered to.
- We recommend returning via an insured, trackable service. We’re not responsible for items lost in transit.
- Any refused deliveries may incur return shipping, customs, and handling fees deducted from your refund.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If an item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days so we can make it right.

Additional Information
- Bundles and promotions: Returning part of a bundle or promotional set may affect the promotional pricing. Any refund reflects the adjusted pricing of items kept.
- Price adjustments: One‑time price adjustment within 14 days of purchase for full‑price items that are marked down, excluding limited‑time promotions or voucher codes.
- No restocking fees: We do not charge a restocking fee, but returns not meeting policy conditions may be refused or returned to sender.
- Final sale: Items clearly labeled as Final Sale are not eligible for return, exchange, or price adjustment.

Yes. You can opt for store credit instead of a refund to the original payment. Store credit is issued via email and can be used at checkout.
My order was a gift. Can I return it?
Yes. We can process gift returns for store credit. Please provide the order number or the purchaser’s name and email to help locate the order.
