Delivery Details

  • Signature: Required on orders $500+; optional by request on other orders. Reply to your confirmation email to request.
  • PO Boxes: Shipped via USPS where eligible. Expedited/Express may be unavailable to PO Boxes.
  • APO/FPO/DPO: Shipped via USPS Priority; delivery times vary by location.
  • Address changes: We can update addresses before dispatch. After shipment, changes must be arranged directly with the carrier and may incur fees.
  • Missed delivery: Carriers typically attempt 1–3 deliveries and may hold at a local facility before return.

Pre‑orders, Back‑orders & Split Shipments

  • Pre‑order items ship by the estimated window on the product page. We’ll notify you of any updates.
  • Orders with in‑stock and pre‑order items may ship separately at no extra cost.

Taxes, Duties & Fees

  • US orders: Sales tax applied at checkout where required by law.
  • International: Import duties, VAT/GST, and handling fees are collected by customs or the carrier on delivery (DDU). Refusal of charges may result in return fees deducted from your refund.

Delays, Lost or Damaged Parcels

  • Weather and carrier disruptions can extend transit times. Thank you for your patience.
  • If tracking shows delivered but you cannot locate the parcel, contact us within 5 business days of the scan.
  • Damaged shipments should be reported within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and item.

  • Recyclable paper mailers and boxes where possible.
  • Minimal plastic usage; garment protection maintained for delicate materials (e.g., silk).
  • We consolidate multi‑item orders to reduce materials when feasible.
